About the Tumission Center Building
Tumission Center will be a modern community center that brings together academic support, art, sports, recreation, play, and emotional education all in one place.
It will be a safe and accessible space where children, youth, and families can learn, create, move, and grow in a holistic way.
Why It's Being Built
Schuyler does not have enough accessible, coordinated spaces where families can take part in educational, artistic, athletic, recreational, and emotional-education programs. This project responds to real needs identified within the community.

Aquatic facilities for swimming, recreation, and quality programs accessible to children, youth, and families.
Art Spaces
Music, painting, theater, and dance. Areas for creative expression, artistic development, and personal growth.
Early Childhood
Early learning spaces, gentle play, sensory exploration, and strengthening of the caregiver-child bond.
Academic Support
Computer skills, English, Spanish, GED prep, emotional education, and social-emotional skill development for all ages.
STEM Room
Science, technology, engineering, and math. A space to develop innovative thinking and future-ready skills.
Reading and Study Rooms
Quiet spaces for reading, focus, and self-directed learning in a warm and welcoming environment.
Community Auditorium
A spacious venue for events, presentations, meetings, and activities that bring the whole community together.
