Our team will consist of leaders, coordinators, instructors, specialists, and operational staff who will make the center's operation and the quality of our programs possible.
At this stage, we are identifying talent in the following areas:
Board of Directors and Strategic Leadership
Tumission Center Inc. is strengthening its Board of Directors. We are looking for leaders with experience in areas such as finance, institutional development, education, infrastructure, strategy, legal affairs, and community engagement. People with vision, ethics, and commitment who want to contribute to the project's construction, governance, and sustainability.
Management and Leadership Areas
People with experience in management, institutional development, operations, programs, and strategic communication. We are looking for leaders capable of building, directing, and strengthening the foundations of the project.
Program Coordinators and Specialists
Professionals in emotional education, art, creativity, critical thinking, recreation, sports, academic support, early childhood, and family well-being. People with human sensitivity, pedagogical skills, and the ability to support holistic development processes.
Instructors and Facilitators
Creative and educational talent to lead classes, workshops, and activities in areas such as art, music, early play, dance, theater, languages, computer skills, STEM, recreation, and community activities. We are looking for people who are passionate about teaching and connecting with the community.
Building Operations and General Services
Staff responsible for the daily operation of the center: maintenance, cleaning, security, reception, technical support, and logistics. Organized, responsible people committed to the quality of the space.
Aquatics and Recreation Area
Certified professionals in water rescue, swimming, recreation, and sports activities. We are looking for people with a calling to serve, a focus on safety, and the skills to work with children and youth.
Administration and Institutional Support
Administrative, accounting, and operational support profiles that contribute to the order, efficiency, and sustainability of the project.
